Hi, I’m Sharol Mejia. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, and I primarily work with teen girls and adult women navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I’m currently pursuing my PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision, and I bring both clinical training and genuine compassion into my work.
My approach is grounded in warmth, authenticity, and the belief that healing begins when you feel truly seen, supported, and understood.
