Hi, I am Annie, a licensed therapist (LMFT) and certified perinatal mental health specialist (PMH-C) based in Santa Barbara. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating some of life's most demanding seasons — from pregnancy and postpartum to birth trauma, early parenthood, life transitions, and healing from trauma. I completed my clinical training at UCSF's Infant Parent Program and bring specialized expertise in the parent-child relationship and early childhood alongside my broader work with adults. I am also a mom of two, which means I bring both clinical depth and real lived experience to this work.
Are you an adult feeling stuck after difficult experiences, a major life change, or a season of self-doubt? I support adults working through trauma, life transitions, stress, and questions of identity and self-worth. Together, we can make space for what you have been carrying and reconnect with your strengths. I believe you are capable of healing and building a life that feels meaningful to you. My role is to listen with care, meet you where you are, and help you discover what works for your whole self.
I've always been fascinated by the resilience of the human spirit. If you are working through what happened without judgment and identity what could help you keep going.
Hi there, I'm Jay!
My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by my own life experiences and a deep connection to both people and the natural world. Those experiences sparked a passion for understanding the human experience and led me to Social Work, a profession rooted in social justice, empowerment, and walking alongside others as they create meaningful change.
I believe healing isn't just something we think our way through, it's something we experience. Together, we'll explore the connection between your mind, body, and nervous system with curiosity, compassion, and enough humor to remind you that life can be both messy and meaningful.
Hi, I’m David Sudyka, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #1790385250). Together, we’ll work toward creating the life and relationships you want.
Trauma leaves us feeling broken, unhappy, and disconnected from our true selves. You may be fed up with feeling anxious and overwhelmed in your relationships, feeling hopeless or not good enough. But one thing is for sure: you’re ready for some relief. You’re ready to rediscover yourself and find out who you are. You’re ready to have freedom from your past trauma. Most of all, you’re ready to experience fulfilling and healthy relationships!
I am a Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with diverse populations. Starting your healing journey can seem overwhelming and lonely. I believe in a person centered approach as you are the expert of your life and your life experiences, so collaborative we will write your new narrative.
My name is Joseph Burton, LCSW. I am a trauma-informed and culturally responsive therapist who specializes in supporting individuals living with blindness, low vision, and other disabilities. You deserve a space where your lived experience is honored, and where healing can happen at your pace.

Nice to meet you!
As a Board Certified Counselor, I primarily work with women navigating anxiety, OCD, burnout, and perfectionism—especially those who appear highly capable on the outside but internally feel overwhelmed by pressure and self-criticism.
I help Millennial and Gen Z women who may look successful and composed on the outside, yet internally they may feel exhausted by constant mental pressure, overthinking, or the need to maintain control over every detail.
I helps clients understand the deeper patterns that drive perfectionism, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion while developing healthier ways of navigating ambition, responsibility, and personal well-being.
