Creating boundaries and recognizing the roles we play in our relationships can help to reframe what our emotional needs are. Often our responses and strong feelings or reactions are simply our needs not being met. We do the best we can with the tools we have, and forgiving your former self for tools you didn't have. I like to work with you collaboratively. Thank you for visiting this page in curiosity of seeking therapy, or working out a difficult shift in your life. Here’s a little about me and how I practice therapy: Cultivating your mind to think differently comes with practice.
Imagine being as kind and reliable to yourself as you are to everyone else. If you are exhausted from overthinking, taking on too much at work or home, and feeling like you're carrying the mental load for everyone around you, we can work on changing that.
My sessions are practical and down-to-earth. I won't just sit back and nod. We'll look at the everyday habits (like perfectionism, over-committing, and struggling to delegate) that leave you feeling drained, and focus on practical steps to regain your time and head space.
My focus is helping women navigate everyday anxiety, manage burnout, and set healthy boundaries with family, friends, and work. The goal is to help you build real self-trust, so you can spend less energy managing daily stress and more time feeling present in your life.
I offer virtual daytime appointments for adults across California, Monday through Thursday between 9:00 AM and 2:30 PM. My practice is structured for scheduled sessions primarily focused on managing anxiety. Please note: I do not provide crisis support, acute emotional distress care, or treatment for complex clinical conditions.
